"Ask Norm"

As part of my graduate certificate program at UNC Charlotte, I contributed to the design and development of Ask Norm, a chatbot aimed at enhancing user engagement and support for the university community. My role involved researching user needs, crafting conversational flows, and implementing features that improved the chatbot’s accessibility and effectiveness.

The project focused on creating a user-friendly and intuitive chatbot that could assist with a range of queries, from campus resources to event information. I worked closely with a cross-disciplinary team to ensure the chatbot reflected UNC Charlotte's branding while providing a seamless experience for students, faculty, and visitors.
